1. Overview
Side Hustle Together is a subscription-based digital membership providing access to community features, training materials, resources and related content.
Membership grants access to digital services only.
2. Membership Fee
The Founding Member subscription is £5 per month.
This is a recurring monthly subscription and will renew automatically until cancelled.
The Founding Member rate is locked in for as long as the membership remains active. If membership is cancelled and later re-joined, the prevailing public rate at the time of re-joining will apply.
3. VAT
All prices are currently exclusive of VAT.
If VAT registration becomes applicable in the future, VAT will be added to subscription fees at the prevailing rate in accordance with UK law. Members will be notified in advance where required.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider and are taken automatically each month using the payment method supplied at checkout.
If payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time via their account or by contacting support.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership
Side Hustle Together reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
• Conduct that harms the community or its members
• Breach of these Terms
• Conflicts of interest or competitive activity deemed detrimental to the community
Where membership is terminated due to breach of these Terms, access may be removed immediately and no refund will be provided.
7. Community Conduct
Members agree to act respectfully and professionally within the community environment.
Harassment, discrimination, spam, unauthorised promotion or misuse of member data is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the membership remains the property of Side Hustle Together unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, distributed, resold or shared without written permission.
Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
9. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to update, improve or modify the features, content and structure of the membership at any time.
